Customized curtains are non-returnable if they match the order specifications (e.g., size, color, material).

- Privacy Lining: Made from 100% polyester (100 GSM), lightweight and soft. It offers a neutral white backing for a clean exterior look, shields curtains from sun damage, and adds light structure for a refined drape.
- Room Darkening Lining: 100% polyester (200 GSM), medium weight. It provides a soft glow with enhanced privacy and protection from sunlight, while maintaining a fluid drape.
- Blackout Lining: 100% polyester (260 GSM), thick and insulating. It blocks up to 99% of light and offers excellent thermal insulation, noise reduction, and sun protection—ideal for creating a restful and energy-efficient environment.

- Grommet: Metal eyelets (approx. 2.25 inches outer diameter) embedded in the fabric top. Suitable for curtain rods up to 1.5 inches in diameter. Use 1.5–2 times the window width for optimal fullness.
- Pinch Pleat: Two fixed pleats at the top (each ~3 inches high), includes hooks but no rings. Requires 2–2.5 times fabric fullness (no need to double your size).
- Triple Pleat: 3–3.5 times fabric fullness, includes hooks (no rings). No need to double your size.
- Inverted Box Pleat: Use ~2 times the window width in fabric, includes hooks (no rings). No need to double your size.
- Back Tab/Rod Pocket Combo: For best fullness, use 1.5–2 times the window width.

No, our curtains do not come with lining by default. However, we offer four customizable lining options to suit your needs for light control and privacy. Each lining is finished with a 9cm (approx. 3.9 inches) border to maintain a clean and tailored appearance.

For large sizes, we use:
- Fabric Rotation: Rotate fabric for longer lengths if exceeding roll height.
- Splicing: Join panels for width/length (seams may be visible).

No, curtains come with hook pins only. Rings and curtain rods are not included.

We thoroughly iron all curtains before packing, but minor wrinkles may occur during shipping. Hang them immediately upon receipt. For remaining wrinkles, use a portable steamer. If using an iron, set it to low heat to avoid marks.

- Hang dry or tumble dry on low.
- Spot clean, dry clean, or hand wash/gentle machine wash.
- Avoid bleaching.
- Steam iron while slightly damp. Use a low-temperature iron to prevent damage.
